Karen Furst is an independent designer with ten years' experience in graphic and web design. She holds a B.A. in Art History and certificates in Graphic Design and Web Design from the Delaware College of Art & Design. Karen has a background in museum work, having been employed at the Brandywine Battlefield Park, Chadds Ford Historical Society, and Winterthur Museum & Gardens. She enjoys working with nonprofits and small businesses.

Karen believes in creating simple, easy-to-navigate, striking websites using tableless CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) based design that meets current W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) web standards.
